Can it be done
Back in 1998 and 1999, in England a project called Rising Stars was run. It was a joint venture by several non profit clubs, an actors agency and a TV production company, and it created screen actors.
The person who is a script writer, screen director, has been a director of an actors agency, and was the person to run the Rising Stars project is going to produce the instruction and pass on the skills to this new project. However he will not be present at the centre, this will be run by the actors present, as a small working community.
So lets look next at what has been achieved before and then move on to how the plan has been improved.
